Outdoor Sketching Workshop at Mumbai (Sunday 7th June 2015)

It is very important to keep exploring new ways to express our art. Outdoor sketching is one way which takes us closer to nature. It gives us opportunity to observe various things, their shapes, sizes, how the things look in different angles, we can feel their textures and much more!

Conducting outdoor sketching workshop organised by Art India Foundation in Mumbai was great fun. This was a totally different experience to all the participants. All of them enjoyed going out and sketching. After the small introduction and demonstration of rapid sketching, they were eager to start on their own. It was great to see their interest and endless energy to sketch and paint.

The session concluded with lots of sketches done in pencil, pen and colours.
